Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of courses offered by Cheese Hub Academy, a training arm of Cheese Signature Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment provider, Paystack. Course access is granted to the email address and student account used at the time of enrollment.

2. Course Content & Third-Party Video Material

Please read this section carefully before enrolling.

Certain lessons within our courses reference, embed, or link to educational video content that was originally created and published by third parties (including but not limited to educators and creators publishing on YouTube). Where this is the case:

Cheese Hub Academy does not claim ownership of this third-party video content. All rights, titles, and interest in that content remain with its original creators and copyright holders.
Video content is linked to or embedded directly from its original source (e.g. YouTube) rather than downloaded, copied, or re-hosted on our own servers.
Where video content is referenced or used, we do so on the basis that it delivers genuine educational value to enrolled students, consistent with the fair use doctrine under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which permits certain uses of copyrighted material — including for educational and instructional purposes — without the copyright holder's express permission.
Our own original work — including curriculum structure, lesson descriptions, study guides, cheat sheets, project briefs, and other downloadable materials — is proprietary to Cheese Hub Academy and is provided for the personal educational use of enrolled students only.

If you are a copyright holder and believe content on this platform has been used in a way that concerns you, please contact us at hello@cheesesignature.com and we will review and address it promptly.

3. Student Conduct & Account Use

Your student account and login are for your personal use only and should not be shared with others.
Downloadable materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be redistributed, resold, or published elsewhere without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts found to be misusing the platform or violating these Terms.

4. Refunds

Please contact us directly at hello@cheesesignature.com to discuss any refund request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to students who complete a course's full curriculum. Certificates reflect completion of our course structure and do not constitute a professional license or accreditation from any third-party body unless explicitly stated.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
